John was excellent! He responded quickly, did a fantastic job replacing all the locks, installing childproof locks, adding security bars in the basement and even suggesting the consideration of an alarm system for future. The customer service was outstanding, and I received excellent value for money. A year later we had an urgent repair and he came out within 2 hours of sending an email (and called immediately), and most importantly fixed the issue quickly! Highly recommend!! Thank you!
