My laundry room lights were flickering. Zvonko was on another job and said he could come by when finished, same day. He diagnosed issue, explained issue and options for repair, so they were fully understood to me and my husband. Very personable and considerate service. Very happy with the experience. Messaged company with work requesting appointment Thursday night. Scheduled service for following Monday AM. Jeff arrived a few minutes before appointment time. Very personably answered my questions, and explained all additional important information so it was easily understandable. First unit would not light for me. After inspection and cleaning- working well. Second unit was working okay, after cleaning, unit performance was noticeably improved. Very happy overall and will surely call back for future service needs. Thank you Jeff

Pros: On time. Cons: Poor customer service Personable crew. Poor communication Quick to respond and schedule appointment. I asked about cleaning tracks. I was told they are done by request. I requested at time of scheduling. Most of the glass looked good a couple of small windows’ glass did not look as polished as others. As I moved about the house after completion, I realized none of the tracts had been cleaned AND debris from some of the screen replacement was left obviously upon window sills. I contacted office on day of service with pictures, and was promised they would “make it right”. Office admitted they failed to communicate to crew to service tracks. It is now over a week later and after 4 written attempts to communicate with them, no one has returned my communications. I was told twice in writing I would be contacted- still waiting.

Technician came on time. Diagnosed quickly. My dishwasher had drain pump replacement. Stove was diagnosed and fixed as well. Explained all options to my understanding. Very happy. Will recommend to friends. Very personable.
