Roof replacement - ice damming issues
After interviewing the top 10 roofing companies, we decided to use Accord for my roof project. We were experiencing serious ice damning issues every winter which ultimately lead to leaks and mold issues which we needed to address right away as we have a new born. When they open up the roof boards for inspection they found infestation of mold, inadequate insulation and ventillation.They were more concerned about our safety and health, then about covering up and getting paid. Ricardo and Bill clearly explained what we needed to do and what was the areas that needed attention. They replaced all insulation with R30, sprayed the entire roof with mold removing agents, replaced the damaged roof boards, installed baffles and replaced all vents. They agreed for us to pay for the added expenses at their cost and a very reasonable amount to cover their time - Thank God! Thank you Ricardo, Bill and the crew for all your help
