A few siding at the south corner of my house were worn out over the years and we saw water streak and because we also saw some black mold patches in the interior wall, we were quite worried. We called a few siding companies for a quote. However, all other companies were telling us to change all the siding. Only Viktor saw the problem and knew our worry. The problem is not the sidings, but the mold problem. He didnt give us a firm quote at first because it really depended how bad the situation was after they opened up the siding. So we decided to go for Viktor. And turned out we won a jackpot and the wear and tear didnt get too bad. And Viktor's quote was same as he first told us at the lower range if problem is not big.
