Our furnace died this past Friday evening after one of the coldest days this year. Communicated with James who came in and assessed the condition of the furnace. it was decided that we replace the furnace which would happen on Monday. He helped/suggested type of heaters to get and offered additional heaters if need be. Kris and Kyle came in first thing Monday morning, they were very pleasant, protected our floors and did a great job. I highly recommend these guys \Naji
