I contacted Peel Heating & Air Conditioning last Friday morning due to an issue I was having with my furnace which was coming on and shutting off after 20 minutes. This issue was causing our home to fall down to 20 degrees Celsius or lower during the night which was causing our new born baby to wake up shivering during the night due to the cold temperature inside the home. I spoke to a representative and requested that someone come by to take a look at the furnace as soon as possible. I was told that someone could come by in the evening to see what could be done to get my furnace up and running once again. Shaan from Peel Heating & Air Conditioning arrived at my home within the time window which was given to me over the phone in the morning. Shaan opened up the furnace and took the time to verify that all systems were operating as intended. Shaan noticed that the pressure switch was shutting off due to a clogged drainage hose which he cleaned out in order to allow drainage as intended. Shaan then waited 30 minutes by the furnace to verify that the heat was in fact now operating as intended. My wife and I are very satisfied with Shaan's professionalism and attention to detail and we're glad that our new born baby boy will now sleep comfortably through the night without waking up shivering. My wife and I will definitely contact Peel Heating & Air Conditioning for any future cooling and heating issues we may have and we will make sure to request that Shaan be the representative which visits our home. We will also suggest Peel Heating & Air Conditioning to our friends and family for any cooling and heating needs that they may have in the future.
