Really satisfied!!! We hired Royal Innovation to demolish and replace our decks (two-tiered) after interviewing multiple other companies. When you speak with Adam it's immediately apparent that he really knows his decks and there will be no short cuts along the way. The entire process was characterized by clear communication, responsiveness and follow-though. Adam and his team were fantastic from beginning to end. Adam was very courteous in answering all of our questions, providing professional solutions and making sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. The team was respectful while working at the house (which matters as we WFH) and everything was cleaned up when they were finished. Most importantly, the decks surpassed our expectation and are superbly built. We would definitely hire this company again and will highly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks!

I reached out when my oven wasn't working. He went out of his way to troubleshoot the problem over the phone to save me money but ultimately I needed the elements to be replaced. He was fast, reasonably priced and did a great job. Additionally, he was very personable and honest. I highly recommend Gold Star!

If you care about service, I highly recommend that you NOT buy windows from Wind City. We spent thousands of dollars on putting in their windows. Our bay window in the dining room was defective (manufacturing defective). Window City sent a "repair person" to our house to fix the window (our window cleaners noticed the defect - not Window City). We were promised by Window City that there would be no damage to the brand new windows. In reality we were left with damage all around the window casing from the repair person prying open the window casement with a metal tool and rubber hammer. Window City refused to compensate us for the damage and said that the damage was "minor" and the window worked fine so we should have no problem. Now I'm forced to file a Statement of Claim and call the BBB. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
