This is the worst customer service and quality of workmanship that I've encountered in 25 years of home ownership. In Fall 2006 they sliced our shingles during the replacement of the eavestroughs. Instead of replacing the damaged shingles they covered them up with metal flashing. They've sent workers out to inspect the damage and they have told my wife and I at least 15 times that they would repair it but it's now almost a year later and it's still not repaired. They received $3,500, we've received frustration. How would you rate them?
