Vivienne in Ottawa

Building a home, we stored our furniture and some clothing items with PODS for over 2 years. When we retrieved our container, we were dismayed to find that they had had a mice infestation in the Ottawa depot and any upholstery or clothing was eaten or stained. Our furniture was covered with a thick black greasy film (probably from the vehicles that move the containers around in the depot). We got no apology or recompense. We paid them over $7000 to ruin our furniture and sentimental items, like wedding dress, prom dresses and other important pieces of our history.....I would never, never recommend PODS to anyone especially since they haven't tried to make this right.
