We had purchased a unit from another builder in the past and had bad experience but we can certainly say that the professionalism and accountability shown by the Baycliffe team are from initial sale to final delivery is of esteem level. They have been very polite, gentle, and detailed in answering all our minor to major queries, cleared our doubts, and guided us through the possession of our house. Stefano is the really professional person who knows exactly what he needs to do for the project he takes on. He immediately provided me an appointment for my house inspection and performed the inspection in very detailed-oriented manner. He checked each and every corner of the house, all electric circuits, appliances, attic, roof etc. He even provided the thermal scanner that helped to find insulation problems in the house. I strongly suggest Stefano to anyone who wishes to leverage his services. Must go person at a reasonable price.
