A little slow to respond to emails initially, but I'm lucky they responded with a detailed quote the morning I had another reputable company (who recently upgraded our entire home) scheduled.. They didn't charge me for the time it took to get me a quote, which is an honest way of not sinking me into using them after an initial consult, and their quote was much lower than their competition. I have to add, that they fixed an error they noticed (from the same competitor) in my panel at no extra charge. Tyler and Anthony were the guys that did the work and I'd say Tyler was the right amount of professional and regular guy you'd have a beer with. When they were finished, I noticed they installed a 2 outlet plug instead of a 4 outlet plug, but that probably had something to do with the fact that I never told them I wanted 4 outlets. I asked them how long and how much it would take to redo my mistake and they said no problem, stayed another hour, and I wasn't even charged more. WIthout these guys I honestly wouldn't even know that I was so ripped off by the competition. I'm keeping this contact and will reach out to them immediately if I need anything.
