we visited Gienow Windows and were given a promotional discount flyer for a 15% discount if we used Legacy Windows to install windows. When we called Legacy they said discount no longer available even though no expiry date stated on promotion. Windows were supposed to be installed in one day but as they didn't finish in one day they booked another day one week later with us to complete job but didn't show up on this date. When we called company on that day at 2 pm to see why no one had come to complete job, coordinator was shocked to hear that his installer had not shown up. The next day installer came to complete job. He was gruff and hard to talk to. He put outside vinyl siding back but it was buckled and they left a mess on the ground of nails and debris. I got a call a few days later from the coordinator saying that he wanted to "wrap the job up" and wanted my Visa number so I told him about the buckled siding and debris left behind and he promised to drop by and correct problems. Vinyl siding was taken off and put back but still has buckle marks in it and after debris was cleaned up we still found nails left behind.
