Alex and the folks at Cadaxx Design were excellent. They helped us with two projects and I would highly recommend them. We have plans for two other projects in the future and I wouldn't hesitate to call them. Here are the reasons I would recommend them - excellent communication - Quick turn around - quality drawings - superior knowledge of the permit process resulting in quick permit turnaround - focused on my (customer) needs to ensure the designs were turned around promptly and the permit applications were submitted promptly - easy to deal with (over the phone, email, electronic invoice payments)

I just had the home pro's person come to my house today to do the chimney cleaning and I am very unhappy. I've had my chimney cleaned several times prior and there is always soot that comes down into the fireplace itself which they then sweep out. This person was on the roof for 30 mins (not sure what they were doing) and then came down said it was clean and took the voucher and left. The fireplace it self was not touched and is in the same condition it was in before the cleaning. It looks as if it has not been cleaned at all and there is no way that you could clean the chimney (the soot will fall down into the fireplace) without disturbing the fireplace itself.

The folks at aetna are great and have been in the business for a long time. If you're in the east end (Danforth) these are the folks to trust with your termite inspection and problems. They offer a termite warranty which is a nice feature.

Waheed is great and I would highly recommend his pest control services. We have used his services below and he is very thorough and reliable. His education, background and understanding of the pest control business is impressive. I would definitely call him again for mice, termites or any other issues we may have.
