After a particularly nasty windstorm, I had my shingles replaced by a "reputable" company. They were not affixed properly and blew off once more. I called M&R, they showed up when they said they would, repaired the roof to my satisfaction, and cleaned up. All along they were extremely professional, courteous and polite. Highly recommended!
I have had ongoing issues with my steam humidifier leaking. After three weeks trying to get satisfaction with my original installer, I gave up. Home Depot suggested I contact Furnace King.
