Gurgling toilets meant the sanitary drains needs cleaning out. Zach responded and came over very quickly. He was friendly, helpful and explained what al the steps he was taking. He showed us the camera of our pipes and let us know what we were looking at and what to look for. Very, very happy with the work and the price. Would highly recommend.

Please, please, please do not hire a company without a signed quote!!! No matter what the emergency you will save yourself months of harassment and headache. These guys were at my house for 2 days to clean up a wet basement (8 hours a day), had a dumpster at my house for 4 hours, left fans running for 2 1/2 days before picking them up. That is it! Nothing more. The good: They were fast and smile a lot. The bad: I had removed the excess water before they arrived - the basement was just wet. TOTAL PRICE: $18,341.00 - and that was with me working alongside them while they were there and after they had gone for the day. Despite multiple requests over 2 days for an update on the price I was told nothing - they knew I was covered under insurance (with a cap mind you). I finally found out how much they charged when I called my insurance company and asked them. Elite sent the invoice directly to the insurance company - perhaps hoping I would never see or question the services. My insurance company sent them so I trusted them - WRONG! I found out later that they charged twice as much as anyone else would have. Luckily I kept track of who was at my house and how long they were there so I had some record to dispute the cost. There are far too many companies charging whatever they want because it's covered under insurance.

Thanks for the feedback unfortunately there are certain circumstances where no matter what we do or no matter how many hurdles we jump over to satisfy a client it becomes clear that they are unwilling to be satisfied. We wish this homeowner the best.

UPDATE: Aire One called me last week and offered to fix the problem. They showed up the next day, very courteous, and performed a leak test and fixed the problem. I now have cold air. I did have to sign up for the maintenance package but I would recommend that for anyone buying an AC/Furnace unit anyways. I still have hard feelings about the 2 1/2 months of no AC between my original complaint and the offer to fix the AC but my advice is to be aware of the yearly agreement that you mist sign up for when buying an AC/Furnace. I think people giving this company more than a zero must be relatives. A little over 2 years ago I paid $9000 for a top of the line Lennox furnace and air conditioning unit. Aire One were nice as could be when selling me these products and talked about how great the warranty was. However, as soon as the cheque was cashed I started getting calls telling me to pay $120-$150 for service in order to maintain the warranty. Why anyone would need service on a new AC unit is beyond me so i declined. Now, 2 1/2 years later my expensive AC unit has no cold air (a requirement I would like to think) and Aire One not only refuses to pay any labour but wants to charge me for looking at their faulty workmanship. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This will end up costing me around $800 - $1000 because I didn't do my research on this company.

Aire One thanks you for your feed back. Your air conditioner, just like your car, requires periodic preventative maintenance (please refer to your furnace owners manual). Manufactures suggest that maintenance should be done on an annual bases. In addition to the manufacturer's recommendation, the Ontario Power Authority also makes this recommendation.

I called Rob to finish my basement ceiling after reading his reviews on homestars. I'm really glad I did. He was very professional and gave me a quick estimate of the work involved. He showed up when he said he would and finished the job on time and on budget for an amazing price. Not only did he do a great job but he gave me some great pointers that will help me in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob to anyone and I will certainly call him next time I'm having work done at home.
