My garage was $2000 over budget and didn't fit my truck even though Don knew the size as I told him and Ryan. Would have on my cost me $500 more preconstruction so I had to pay for their mistake. Took 4 months instead of the 2 I was promised. Left with a garage that's man door is almost a foot below grade so ice can build up before it, poorly finished Trim, Garage opener won't work with my smart home. Not at all happy....sent emails. I signed off and gave them the last payment and they promised to make it right. So far haven't seen anything

This response is long over due, you say the garage did not fit you truck. If you did tell Ryan or Don the size of your truck & you signed - approved the plans to the size of the garage would you not known that your new purchased truck would not fit.
I do not know how that is Alliance mistake after you approved the plans. Alliance did come to the plate, the cost to remove the backwall and add 2 ft to your garage and pour 2 ft and a new wall was $4000.00. Alliance did cover 1/2 of that cost as you agreed to split.
Alliance gave you choices with the back walkout door, because you had a 2 ft concrete wall and you only wanted 8 ft ceiling. The door had to be cut into the wall for the reason of the head room. Which would make the door entrance lower then the top of the concrete wall .
From the notes you did not want to move the door to the side of your garage where there would not been a issue. This was all pointed out to you. We did give you options.
Your moter was changed at no additional cost to you with smart home, but you have not mentioned that as it was done before you wrote your review. Alliance did come to the plate and did whatever we had to do. Alliance has gone back twice for warranty calls since then.CE
