Excavation, footings and ICF foundation for our rear addition. What a great experience working with Joe and crew! There is so much bad press about contractors around that I really stressed over making a decision on one. Joe was always available and DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD on the contact! He even pointed out a money saving option on the architects drawings! There were minor weather delays but nothing to complain about.
