Tried to return a shopvac, it took too long and repeated inquieries to find out it would not be returned even though it had a three year waranty and was only one year old. The manager(Mike) said the shopvac rep had come in and taken it apart only to find drywall dust in the motor. I am 95 percent sure no one ever looked at it let alone took it apart inspected the motor and then rebuilt the motor. I used the apropriate bags, I will go out of my way to avoid this particular branch. I will shop at Rona but will not make big purchases at the kingsway store. Jared
