During another cold spell I had noticed the heat coming out of my vents was on the cool side and the house temperature was not where it should be. I called my trusted furnace company who highly recommended to call Syd from royal energy solutions. Thank goodness I did because the temperature kept declining. Syd arrived in less than an hour and had my furnace up and running again within 10 minutes. He was professional and kind and I don’t feel taken advantage of as I have in so many other situations. Even though I’m sure he was busy, especially due to weather , he did not over charge or make me feel like a nuisance. My children and I are all nice and warm again. Very great full and highly recommend syd.
