We have had Rand Electric work in our home a few times now. Always on time, very cheerful, and professional. Pricing is very reasonable and each gentleman took the time to explain what he was doing. The office staff very accommodating and friendly. They installed light fixtures the first time, second they installed pot lights and outlets and checked out an issue with our breaker. Thank you Stephanie, Dave, Shane and Scott for your great customer service skills. Very good company to deal with and I will recommend you to anyone who asks about Electrical work. Viola D

I seldom do reviews but we had such a positive experience this past weekend when our 8 year old Furnace stopped working. I called my provider but they never returned my calls and to date 6 days later have not heard from them. Temperature outside was -29 in my back yard so yes very cold. I remembered dealing with Rodman’s in the past and decided I would place a call just half hour later from when the nice lady took my call Saturday evening I got a call back from the service person Rob. Due to circumstances on my part I decided to wait until Monday hoping to hear from my provider hoping my warranty would take care of the repair. On Monday morning I called Rodman’s again this time to ask if someone could come check the furnace out. I kid you not I couldn’t’t believe it when just 45 minutes later two gentlemen were at my door. They checked the furnace and advised me of the issue. They took the initiative to check if I had warranty and when I found I didn’t I was faced with either a very expensive repair or buy new. My husband and I went with new. The very next day Russ and Mitch showed up first thing in the morning. They got to work right away and I don’t even think they took a break. At 5:00 pm I had a working furnace. Their attention to detail and the care and pride in their workmanship sure show up in my furnace room. A job well done correcting what had been done so carelessly by my previous supplier. Everything is neat and we were advised of all the changes. My story starts in 2008 when Air Solutions installed a new furnace for us. We were ok although when our annual Maintenance would be done we never knew who to expect as they used contractors. On Jan 6 this year It stopped working after having a routine annual check in October 2017. It was very cold at-29and when I called I got a voice message at 1pm telling me some one would call me back shortly. To date I have never heard from anyone. Thank goodness I remembered using Rodman’s Heating in the past. They were will to send some one right away and showed up within 1 hour of my call. We replaced the 8 year old furnace supplied by Air Solutions due to the fact they had never registered the warranty for parts. Even though it is clearly marked on my Bill of Sales 10 years parts and Labour warranty. To fix the furnace was over half the cost of the new one. The work they had done installing my furnace in 2008 most of it had to be reconfigured. An expensive lesson to learn but so happy that Rodman’s took such good care of us.
