So we had a new door and 4 new windows put in our house. Previously to this instal we had 3 windows and a new sliding door put in and it was a great experience. This time around land mark missed the mark with lack of communication with us the client and the installer. When we signed the forms for purchase (July) we were told the door and windows will be installed at the end of October. By early November the final measurement occurred. Up to this point no one contacted us regarding the delay. We were told the door and windows would take 6 weeks. 6 weeks came and went with no phone calls. Phone calls were made on our behalf to find out what had happened and messages left with no answer. Finally a date in Jan was made for instal. We were happy that the door was going to be installed do to the draft our old one had (hence why we needed a new door). First day of instal no one showed up and once again no call. We made a call at 12 noon to see what had happened, to our amazement Landmark had no idea where the installer was. It was not till 2pm we were told the installer would not be attending today (one day off work wasted). The next day the installer was suppose to be their between 8 and 10, at 1pm they showed up. A rush job was done and at the end we were told not to use the door for 3 days. This was weird so I inspected the job done and found a massive crack in the frame that was installed, our new lock set was cut and forced in to fit, glass from our old windows were broken and all over our kids room and scratches to his floor and a massive draft from the front door. (Worse then our old door). I called Landmark after seeing the terrible work done. They took my issues and sent them to the servicing department. At this point an appointment was made to come by and take a look at the issues. Photos were taken and even the service man said "this was terrible" a new Framewas order and the whole door had to be redone. This was when we met Tim a service man for Landmark. He came into our home and fixed every single issue we had with the instal. Not only did he fix the issue but he listened and heard us. He understood taking 5 days off instead of 2 was excessive. If it were not for Tim and his amazing work we would not ever go back to Landmark but after Tim we will. We now understand that Landmark hirers contractors to instal and sometimes have no idea the person they hire, but for us Landmark fixed our issues and sent a great man named Tim. Thx again Tim

Last year hit the industry very hard with the GreenOn program that really set us behind schedule down the production line. Landmark did such an amazing job with replacing 3 windows and changing our sliding door. I am very happy with their work. The installers were Very professional and left our home clean and net. They did such a great job I will deffenetly hire them again for my other windows.
