Ray, our tech. rep., was very courteous and installed the new humidifier in a timely fashion. He did a very neat and tidy job. Looking forward to less itchy and cracked skin.

Ray, the technician, arrived on time and was very courteous. He quickly assessed the problem - a faulty water solenoid valve. He gave me two remediation options - replace the valve or purchase a new humidifier. I decided to replace the unit as a new valve was about half the cost of a new humidifier. This was done on a visit the next day.
