The kitchen drain was clogged which in turned affected the upstairs bathroom drain as well. Called Roto Rooter in the morning and within a couple of hours Mike K. showed up. He was very professional and thorough. Even before looking at the obvious clogged sink he wanted to investigate the drain lines that ran through the basement to see what he was up against. He then brought in his equipment, laid out a protective cover and proceeded to snake the drain. He successfully unclogged the drain after using a longer more powerful snake to get right to the main drain a distance of about 26 feet. Years of abuse and neglect were successfully flushed away and the drains were flowing again. Mike showed great attention to detail not only when clearing the drains but afterwards upon cleanup and the removal of his equipment. He made sure that left the site clean and tidy. Prior to leaving he educated me on the need to perform regular maintenance on the drains throughout the house to avoid a similar scenario. He left behind a jug of Roto-Rooter drain cleaner after applying it to the kitchen sink. Great experience with Roto-Rooter and a special thanks to Mike K. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter.
