Darryl took time out of his evening with his family to drive all the way downtown in order to help retrieve (re-"tree"ve) my kitten from a 50 foot tree. He was the only arborist in the City of Toronto who said yes when I called. He must have been exhausted already from a long day, but he made me feel completely comfortable and reassured from the moment we started speaking. If I ever need an arborist again, Darryl will be my first and only call. Thank you again, Darryl, for giving up your evening to help me and my little one.

Impeccable service. From the start, Forge Mechanical was punctual, polite, tidy, and extremely helpful in explaining the process and the Nest thermostat. They even pointed out another issue with my HVAC system which I'll need to eventually address. Ed and Costas were absolutely a pleasure to host and did an amazing job!
