Contacted LG when my stove of only 5years control panel when touched would go in more than it should have. I chose Elite from the providers given. They ordered the part and kept me up to date as to when it would come in. Technician who assessed and came back for install was very efficient, patient and professional. It is unfortunate it took 1 month from assessment to unit installation.
