I find the staff very friendly and helpful at this store. It`s often understaffed on week-ends but nevertheless, they will take the time to help you and knowledgeable. They took about 20 minutes to help me find the right matching colours for my mouldings

Decided to buy laminate and visited a few stores. The king had the most diverse choice, had friendly and knowledgeable staff and prices are very competitive. A very positive experience.
