Jimmy is awesome. Responded in a timely manner, offered great service and full transparency in what it was that needed fixing, why it needed fixing and what I can do to prevent the problem from happening again. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in a pinch to get a broken heater or AC unit fixed.
