They arrived on site at the agreed upon time, and did a great job of checking, cleaning, flushing using a camera and a snake. They prepared a "Plumbers Report" as required by my home insurance company. Everything was done to our satisfaction! Their charges were reasonable for the service they provided. Vanessa, Bob and their work team were friendly, and answered all the questions I had asked them. As I understand, Drainstock Industries is a family business and thus they provide personalized customer service.
