This builder is okay to work with, their staffs are very helpful and services are response in a very short period of time. Only thing is put everything on paper that what is your requirement before signing anything.
Very reliable and did an excellent job. They wired our entire basement and were quick to respond to our calls. Unlike other contractors we hired, they did the job in one shot and it was great. Did not need them to come back to fix anything. Would recommend this to anyone looking for electrician.

This company gave us a free install with sign up of 4 year contract. We got a key pad, 2 door sensors, 1 motion sensor which is all we needed. Have used them before and found them to be reliable. We accidentally set off the alarm and each time there was someone that called to check if we are ok.
This company is pretty good, just had some scratches to the furniture when they are moving. They are quick to respond. If you get an hourly rate, they will wrap all your furniture and take their time, but if you get a flat rate, they move quicker. Overall pretty good for the value.
