I was having a nightmare of a bedbug situation for about three months after staying in a Toronto hotel. I’d previously had another bedbug company come in and take a look and tell me 100% I didn’t have any bedbugs. Meanwhile, I was getting weird bites that would swell up significantly the next day! I went through tons of (midnight) research about carpet beetles, allergies, mites, etc. I took apart my bed, laundered everything tons of times, threw out my rug. Nothing worked and the bites kept happening. Thank goodness I found Muhammad as he used his detective skills to track down the very few, but very smart bugs that had been attacking me. He works night and day and he is likely the best at this job in Canada! He knows all the science and it actually is pretty fascinating! As soon as he did the lengthy and thorough treatment, I have never had another bites and it’s been several months now. It is a huge relief.

Sasha is very responsive and professional. He was quick to communicate in the first place and understood that I was looking to complete the job within a week over the holiday period. He found a way to make it work within his busy schedule. He also provided me with different options for design and explained the costs associated with those options. I selected the one I thought would look best for my living room and he agreed. The job was well done and he and his co-worker cleaned up and followed up by phone afterward. Great work!
