Our furnace broke down a week before Christmas! That was Tuesday morning & by Thursday afternoon our new furnace was up & running! From my first call to the office, to the technician who diagnosed the problem, to Spencer who left our home at 10:00 that evening after explaining our options, to the installation crew who arrived at 8:15 on Thursday morning-everyone was so helpful & professional! Even the expedition of the paperwork by the office was fabulous! Calvin you should be very proud of your “team”-so efficient, friendly & impressive.
