Professional, reliable and full-service. All of the trades people are friendly and professional. They treated our home with respect while they were working. They have some options available to pick as a part of the package (trim, doors, vanities, toilet, tiles, etc). If you are looking for a particular style for some items like we were, their selection may not include them so you will have to shop for those items on your own. Capable will credit the cost back to you. When the handy-man comes for the final "touch-ups", you must be very specific and point out everything that needs to be done. It would have been nice if that person was a bit more thorough. Special shout out to our project manager, Michael, who was very easy to communicate with and helped us overcome any small issues that came up during the renovation.
