When Rona first opened in Richmond, they had latex paint at really great prices but we didn't need it at the time so we asked an employee if we could buy the paint now and come back later to pick the colour when we needed it. He said sure and initialed our can so we could bring it back later. 6 months later, we decided to paint the kitchen so we took the paint back to Rona to have it tinted into a colour. Customer service wouldn't allow it at first, but luckily the same employee that helped us 6 months ago was there and he gave to okay. Good to know that a person sticks to his guns.
