I spoke with Mohamad a few times before arranging for him to pick up the rug. He showed up on time to pick up the rug and then called me when they'd had a chance to look at it and discussed my options (cleaning only or having Ideal perform the repairs as well). I agreed to have the binding repaired. Ideal serges by hand. The rug looks unbelievable good. I am really impressed. I don't hesitate to recommend Mohamad and Idea. The rug that was cleaned was a 6'x9' Persian carpet.

I had a number of items on a to-do list that I finally admitted I was never going to get to, so I needed a handyman/person. Sean arrived on time, was polite and courteous and then got to the items on the list (installing toe-kick in kitchen, caulking tub surround and kitchen countertops, paint touchups). When Sean was done, he asked me to look at everything to let him know if I was happy with it. He was very efficient and tidied up after himself. I will not hesitate to call on Mixedesigns again and several of my friends have already asked for their contact info!

Oven took an extremely long time to preheat. Ignitor was replaced. It took just over 24 hours from when i sent the email to having Peter repair the range. He was timely, polite and tidy.
