Went out for 4 quotes as our 16 year old Carrier finally packed it in. I received a timely email from Rumi from Atco so I put Furnace Family on my list. Rodney responded quickly with multiple options, good information, a solid quote and good follow up. Installation was on time and right on the quote supplied originally. Cole and team were really professional and thorough, did an excellent job, kept me informed through the day and left the place spotless. Francois worked with us on design, kept us informed throughout and after some initial minor delays due to materials, the job was completed on time, as per the estimate, with no surprises. The onsite crew was very professional, friendly and kept the worksite clean. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. The team was very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

Called Knight as the home AC was not cooling properly, was able to get a tech out the next morning. Tom arrived promptly, identified the issue and had the house cooling in no time. They are my first call.

Thanks to Mark and Dave for their help with my recent hot water tank replacement. After too much unnecessary frustration over the past 10 years with traditional hot water tanks I decided to move up to a Navien tankless system. The installation team of Mike, Dave and Carson were very professional and kept me apprised of their progress throughout the day. The installation looks great and the system works awesome. Doesn't hurt that the government is kicking in to convert. If you are thinking of replacing, I would give this system and this team a close look.
