As the other reviews say, this guy just vanished with the money! Of the 6 promised, I got only two and that also after calling multiple times over 3 weeks. Lastly when I left a stern message he called back and came after another week, claiming to complete 2 visits in one! How absurd is that? Never ever hire Marcello!

Since the day I moved into my new house Reliance kept sending door-to-door sales reps. Finally when I decide to change the previous owner's ancient hot water tank from Direct Energy, the service that I get is so bad!!! First, one guy from Dynasty (the contractor of Reliance) comes for site inspection and don't call or anything for over 1.5 months. Then I call them 2-3 times and finally someone comes to change the water tank. Now, the water tank has been changed, but the contractor has not given me the return confirmation form signed by Direct Energy after returning the old water heater!!! And everyone knows what that means! No water heater returned, no stopping the billing. I keep calling Reliance, they can't even find me on their system. I call Dynasty, they avoid my calls. If Direct Energy doesn't stop billing me, I am not paying a dime to Reliance. Why do they sell their product, if they can't give the service? My advise, stick to your existing water heater company, because switching is just a pain in.......

This company installed my water heater on behalf of Reliance Home Comfort. They are supposed to return my old heater to Direct Energy and give me a copy of the return invoice. It has been 10 days and they still haven't been able to give me the return confirmation. Not only that, they are purposefully avoiding my phone calls. I am thinking about lodging a complaint with BBB, as this company is a member of the BBB. Can anyone suggest what else can I do? If the old water heater is not returned, then Direct Energy will not stop billing me.

Previously I wrote a poor review of MHB. I would just like to add that since then, we have resolved our issues. After reading the review I got a prompt response! As mentioned before, the sales and installation was never a problem. The guy who came to install the system was very efficient and knew his business pretty well. We got brand new equipments. No problem with that. The total cost that I mentioned is what I am going to pay in total over the contract period. You can definitely rely on MHB's products and sales.

Thanks for your email! You did not tell me that you were on vacation! If you had told me I would have understood. It is my mistake. Of course you should be on vacation. I know you work hard. I did receive email from your office about Camera purchase. Living in this new house made me realize I urgently need cameras to put outside.
I guess I missed the part on cameras being shipped to me.
At least reviews work and they do draw an answer. MHB always get good reviews. So one or two stray ones will not harm you. Nevertheless, I will update the review, because I think you do a good job and your installer was great.
I meant the total I will be paying for 3 years. That’s the reason I picked $2000 instead of $99 upfront installation cost. And I thought that was internal anyway. Didn’t know that showed on the public site.
Anyway, I will correct that.
