This family company gave us the best quote in Etobicoke and they are very well established and added a few extras without charging more. They had a team come on the day requested for our garage flat roof repair and they changed all eavestrough plus added a new downspout with extra long footage to keep it away from the house. They were very knowledgable. They allowed me to check their workmanship throughout. Very highly recommended and professional at all counts.
We bought a house in Thornhill Woods. The closing date was extended for three months from the first closing date, which was fine with us. They rushed us too fast through the home inspection time. We had some defects which were missed during that time and noticed more defects within the first year. We had to complain with the New Home Warranty Program to get them to respond to our complaints. When it came for the service men to come some didn't show up and made us lose time from work. We are still waiting for the builders to plant trees and do the main road work after living there for two and half years. Customer service hardly ever respond to your defects unless you fax them info.
