Furnace wasn’t coming on when we turned up heat, kept trying to turn on but didn’t.
I guess we got charged an extra amount because he came after hours.... we were not told about that when they called us, we had him do work on our furnace but we are still having issues. We also asked about our ventilation fan, but he didn’t really answer that problem.

Our diagnostic and charges are the same during the week day as it is evenings and weekends so I would like to look up your account to see what happened. I would also like to fix the issue that you are having if we did not fix it when we came out there. Thank you.
