I was taken in by the slick advertising folder and an estimate that promised the best materials and work. What I got was "We are planning for October" and got the end of November. The roofer decided I did not need drip edge and did not install it, without asking me. Or the strip starter, ice and water protection, and clean-up of the gutters. On the garage, he left a drip edge on one side. Instead of fixing the problems I have with his work, he says he will give me a rebate and when I do not agree he argues. Now it looks like I will have to find a way to get the work done by someone else.
