Professional fireplace repair and service!
Our blower died on our gas fireplace and the pilot light blew out as well. I called and spoke with Dave who arranged for Zach to come out the next day. He wisely took the manufacturer and serial numbers in advance so that the correct part could be exchanged during the service call. Zach was on time, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I have had a fireplace maintenance plan with Direct Energy for a few years now but have cancelled the service and will be using Classic Fireplace from now on for my yearly fireplace service call. Not only was the fireplace cleaned but the lava rocks were replaced, rock wool was used for the first time (nice effect!), and the logs were put back in the correct arrangement ( previous servicing had them in the wrong placement). Of course the blower was replaced and we are back to enjoying a warm and cozy fire. Thank you very much! I will be recommending Classic Fireplace to all my friends
