I have been working with Dino from Foam It for over 5 years. As a contractor I love them. They are professional, they show up on time, and they show up on the day they say they are coming. Dino and his office had constant communication with me so I am always aware in the entire process. The team comes to site and are clean and always polite. I have been and will continue using Foam It.
I have used Fenix now on three projects and all three times they came on time, were professional, and worked really fast to get the job DONE! They are the first contractor I have used as a sub that actually cleans up after themselves. They come on time and their work so far is amazing. Feroz has been taking care of my surveillance cameras for a few years now. He has installed a total of 12 cameras. They did an excellent job they are very polite, clean, and trustworthy. I have used him more than once and I will continue to use him again. They really know there stuff and are very knowledgeable.
We had Frank come inspect our home and the first thing I thought to myself when I first saw him was that he looks very professional. He had an array of tools to help him investigate and perform multiple tests throughout the home. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in his report and he had amazing recommendations for repairs and maintenance of the home we just purchased. His report and reporting system are amazing, full colour, tons of photos and suggestions and really easy to understand. Our report was 59 pages much more then I was expecting, a lot of reading material, but well worth the $400 as a matter of fact I thought that he went well above his fee considering the amount of time he spent on site and on the report. It was amazing working with Frank and I highly recommend him and his company.
