We recently hired Precision Gutters (PG) to do some repair work on our EPDM membrane gutters and replace some of our rotting fascia boards. We are extremely pleased with our experience working with the team at PG. Everyone we dealt with was so professional, easy to deal with and genuinely just very nice people. They were quick to return my call. They came out to do a thorough assessment of the EPDM membrane gutters and fascia boards and provided a report outlining the work to be done, broken down by areas of the roof to be repaired including a cost estimate for each area be repaired. It was nice to get such a thorough and easy to understand estimate. The price quoted was extremely fair considering other estimates I had received for the same work. Once we hired them to do the work, the communication between PG and I regarding scheduling, the dropping off of material for prep work and initial start time was excellent. The guys that did the repairs always arrived promptly, worked diligently, were very friendly and always kept us in the loop. The work was completed on schedule and the original price quoted was the final price. No surprises. A big thank you to Crystal who I spoke to over the phone for the initial consultation and scheduling conversations, to Jason who came out to do the work assessment and prepared the estimate and Cody and Cory who did the repairs. Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. You can tell they all enjoy working for this company. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to my family and friends. From start to finish, a great experience.

Called in afternoon and Russ arrived promptly at 9 the next morning. Had one of my old garage doors not closing properly which he fixed quickly. He also did some general maintenance on both doors to make then work more quietly. I also had a question about possibly insulating my old garage doors and Russ provided great advice. Great work from a great person. I would definitely recommend Russ to others and will not hesitate to call him again for future work.
