It was a pleasure dealing with James at PianoInside. He got us a delivery time within a week of calling and the process was so efficient from start to finish. He arrived at the scheduled pickup time and he and his team (4 guys in total) took good care of moving our family's antique upright from wrapping it, laying down rubberized floor mats and documenting the condition of the piano pre-move with pictures. His price was the best of the piano movers I called, even with a four-man team. He even looked up the age of our piano (it's from 1899!) and tested the pitch and explained what he could do about tuning. I would highly recommend PianoInside.

I got injury on this winter from the client who didn't remove snows on their inclined driveway.

So I had to hire one more guy who can do the job instead of me.

well, at least pur team got 2 more eyes and q more brain then before.

which means more safety to our clients.

I'm pretty sure that we are the only piano mover in Toronto with 4 men in one team.

Assisted Review

I got in touch with Hanna in the office dealing with her to schedule the appointment, she ensured my contract was explained and that all the line items of what we needed done to our new home was in the scope. The project was made easy for us: The price they promised was accurate. The price did not deviate. The work completed was within or faster than anticipated Hanna came by to ensure all the workers are on point and that all is going well. Everyone in the team was highly professional. We increased the scope as they worked and it was all still done on time and to the highest possible standard. End to end pleasure to deal with. Would recommend them in the heartbeat.
