Not happy with scheduling. I had a time frame 7-11 am and technician showed up shortly after 11. Do not blame technician but I do scheduling department. Luckily, I wasn't an optimist about the estimated time, so I booked a full day off from work. Shawn ( team member # 1306) was excellent, very considerate and respectful. It took a few hours but everything is fixed and so far so good. Reliance protection plan was a good investment. Thank you for a good service. Work on scheduling.

We started last year replacing the front window and half moon light above the entrance door. Just a few days ago, we had our front door installed and we finished our project. Our salesperson Gary Gainham was with us all the way recognizing our needs and finding the best solution for it. The installers were fast, efficient and clean, almost no mess after they sere done. Everything was finished to our highest expectations. There was just a little fix that had to be done after, and that was done within 24 hours. That, post sale work is the real sigh of a good service. I will reccomend Gary and Clera to anybody who wants to do their windows and doors.
