10++++++++. I am writing my review before this Deck Project is even finished to properly reflect how happy I am with the entire project so far. Deck Size is 10' x 6'. From the very beginning Miro was the most professional person I have ever dealt with, kind and extremely helpful with the design, colour selection and has perfect communication skills. I am very happy wtih the colour selection. Steve, the deck installer, is, what can I say, an expert deck craftsman. Although the deck is not yet complete I can see that it is perfect, starting with the 2 footings that Steve also installed. I shudder to think if I had gone with another deck company. I totally agree with all the 10 rating comments other people have posted about this Company. Steve and his assistant are hardworking and delightful to be around. I have included pics of the unfinished deck and will attach pics of completed deck when it is done. Deck should be completed today (Day 2) and I am extremely happy. Colours: Brownstone and Acacia. 10++++++

From the very beginning Tony Vitale was professional, kind and extremely helpful with the stone, colour selection and communications. I am very happy wtih the stone and colour selection. Joe and his crew transformed my muddy unuseable backyard into a no-maintenance dream come true for me (stone and river rock). They are truly experts and it took them 2 days. The crew are hardworking; the job site and street cleanup was very good. I have included pics of the unfinished project and will attach pics of the completed project when it is finally complete. I totally agree with all the other comments here that rated this Company a 10. Project completed at the end of Day 2 and I am very, very happy. A neighbour approached me to say "those guys", meaning Royal Stone, "don't mess around". Thank you very much, Tony Vitale, Joe and crew. 10+++

It was a pleasure to do business with this very professional company, particularly with Rosemary, who helped me select the glass. The french door is perfect for my new installation between the kitchen and bedroom wall. Rosemary also recommended an installer and I am completely happy with the framing and installation of the french door, and threshold. I have attached pictures. I was very worried but the project turned out perfect. Thanks Royal Door.

Re: New Construction of 5' Patio Sliding Door with Transom and internal mini-blinds with kick lock. Originally, there was a 4' window. I was nervous because their installer had to cut into the house bricks and install the proper lintel (header) and stone sill (one piece). Heritage Home Design's talented installer (Alex) was meticulous and did an excellent job. I will include pictures if website permits. All telephone calls were returned promptly and they were always available to answer questions. Overall, I am very happy with the Patio Sliding Door with Transom and Internal Blinds and with its installation. The internals blinds have 3 settings (open, privacy or semi-privacy). I like the semi-privacy setting (closed up top and lower 1/3 slightly slanted open). I especially also like that the sliding door can be opened a few inches and locked into place to let air in but door is securely locked with kick-lock.
