I didn't ask them to wrap the furniture. So I asked them why. They told me it was because the storage place I chose could be dusty. I was really impressed! It shows that they care. They also did a good job disassembling my iKea bed frame. I also liked their web interface. Their interface is much better than any other competitors'.
