The torsion spring on my garage door broke. I called Garage Door Geeks at about 1PM. I was told that they could have a tech out between 6PM and 7PM the same day. I received a reasonable quote and booked the appointment. The tech called to confirm his arrival in 20 minutes and arrived at 6:45PM. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Replaced the torsion spring and made a few small repairs to the garage door. He was finished in about 40 minutes. I am quite impressed with the quality of the work and the professional manner in which it was performed. I was invoiced for exactly what I was quoted. I will definitely use Garage Door Geeks for all of my future garage door repairs.
