Francoise did not tell us the truth about delivery and the store policies. He then accused us of not telling the truth and hung up on me. He did not answer several voicemails and emails. He kept tellling us incorrect info about our delivery and made us wait several weeks longer than he originally said. He was very nasty when we cancelled our order and made the process difficult. Go to a large box store. The price is only minimally better but not worth the hassle.
