This was the second of 2 retrofit windows done by New Look. 3 years ago we had our main floor done and now we had our basement windows replaced. After the first replacement, our hydro bill was cut in half and the windows made the house so much quieter. The crews both times were timely, professional, and knowledgeable. They were tidy and friendly. All our house is now complete.

Excellent work. Exactly as planned. Care taken to keep job clean and not damage anything in existing home. Good communication with owner regarding scheduling and final install. Highly recommend this company.

They came and gave an estimate. After accepting they came to measure up all windows and patio door. Then came back and removed all old windows and patio door and installed the new ones.
