All communication was prompt and the quoting process was much more professional than others. Very happy we chose Titans for our job. All work was done in timely manor, excellent cleanup. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. (ie mitred corners in soffits) Thank you Shawn!

We had our pool installed in 2004 and have been at the store every spring and summer for all our pool needs. The customer service at the Oakville store was always fantastic, but it has definitely improved over the past season. The staff is exceptional, always friendly and available to help. We recently purchased all our outdoor furniture at Pioneer, and are very happy with the quality of the products they supply (and guarantee!). Unlike like the big-box stores that only refer you back to the manufurer if there are issues, Pioneer stands by the products they supply.
